My eQuals

The Australasian Academy of Higher Education (AAHE) has adopted My eQuals, the official tertiary credentials platform of Australia and New Zealand.

For more information, visit the My eQuals for Learners page or read our My eQuals FAQs below:

My eQuals is a secure and trusted solution that AAHE uses to issue digitally-certified official academic transcripts, award certificates and completion letters to our students and graduates. Using advanced cryptographic protection, My eQuals ensures the integrity and authenticity of every document, reducing the risk of fraud and making it easier for students and graduates to prove their achievements.

My eQuals allows AAHE learners to share and present their verified credentials for employment, further study, professional and registration bodies, government agencies and international credential checks. It’s a simpler and more efficient way to view, share and verify academic credentials and records.

For more information visit My eQuals.

You will receive an email notification once your document has been generated, with a link to access your My eQuals account. If this is your first time using My eQuals, you’ll need to register, after which a second email will be sent with a link to authenticate and activate your account. To see your documents, you must register and log in with the same email address your email notification was sent to.

Upon accessing your account, you will be prompted to ensure that your My eQuals account email is updated to also include your personal email. This will ensure you can maintain access before your AAHE student email address closes. When logged in, you can use the ‘Profile > Link’ settings to link additional email and social accounts to your My eQuals profile. Email notifications will be sent to your ‘primary’ email only.

Once you have your My eQuals account, you will be able to see all your awarded credential documents and share them anytime, anywhere. You can associate a PIN or expiration date to control who has access to your shared documents and for how long.

All graduates are issued with hard copy testamurs at their graduation ceremony. Hard copies of transcripts and AHEGS are available on request from AAHE (fees apply). Digital versions are released in My eQuals within two weeks after the relevant graduation ceremony.

You are in control of your documents, which means you decide who your records are shared with and for how long. In your Learner portal, you will be able to see all of the credentials issued to you as well as your sharing history.

My eQuals data is stored in Australia. The platform uses advanced cryptographic hardware and banking-level security to produce and certify digital records compliant with Australian and international legal and privacy standards. For details on how My eQuals collects and handles your personal information, see the My eQuals HES Privacy Policy.

My eQuals documents are both legally valid and tamper-evident. The platform meets the most stringent security requirements, and independent reviews are undertaken regularly to ensure that security technologies remain current. Your academic records are also cryptographically protected and contain advanced digital signatures that meet the legal standards required for authentic electronic documents. That means your records cannot be tampered with and can be readily trusted by the parties you share them with. Please note that these security features apply to linked online digital documents and not to any hard copies printed from the system, but you can still buy official, certified hard copies from AAHE.

If you’re unable to log in to My eQuals, it could be for one of the following reasons:

  • You have not yet completed your course or graduated: no digital documents have yet been generated so you will not have received a login email.
  • You’ve forgotten your details: you can recover your login through the My eQuals portal – just select Can’t sign in? on the login screen.
  • You didn’t see the activation email: check your spam folder or select Can’t sign in? on the login screen.

If you’re unable see any documents in My eQuals, it could be for one of the following reasons:

  • You haven’t verified your email address: log into My eQuals, select your name at the top right of the screen to see a drop-down menu, click Profile settings, check under Email accounts that your personal email address is either verified or primary.
  • It’s too soon for you to access them: your graduation documents will be available within two weeks after your graduation ceremony – you’ll receive an email when the documents are ready. If you don’t get the email, check your spam folder.
  • You are not yet a graduate of AAHE and don’t have any digital documents so will not have access to My eQuals.
